However, where clients have a need for particular expertise and advice, we often conduct discrete pieces of consultancy work. This can be because they have an existing in-house team or web agency, but need to fill certain skills gaps. Alternatively they may just need a fresh, objective viewpoint.

Audit services

Chameleon Net offers a range of objective audit services, including Accessibility Audits, Usability Audits and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Audits. Each audit is a discrete exercise conducted by an experienced consultant. They will look at your site from a particular viewpoint, offer observations and outline a set of guidelines for improvement.

Project Specification

We are able to help new and established businesses scope proposed e-commerce, intranet or extranet projects, defining features and functions as well as the hardware, software and support required to meet the project goals.

Project Management

Chameleon Net provides project management expertise and personnel to ensure large web projects are delivered on time, and meet their objectives. Our team has been involved in high profile, complex projects including e-commerce system launches, site migration, equipment relocation, and business system integration.

ITTs

We are able to create invitation to tender documents for organisations looking for a hosting ISP, and then work with them to select contract partners. Chameleon Net manages its own hosting environment, so has the benefit of understanding what is required from a supplier, but since we do not own or operate any datacentres, there is no conflict of interest.

Security Services

Chameleon Net offers penetration testing services to assess client infrastructure and identify whether any security risks exist. We then provide a report on the results with appropriate recommendations for security improvements, and we are able to conduct remedial work if required.
